Mr Banwell explained to me exactly what he was going to do and made me feel at ease. The team were all friendly and made me feel very comfortable in the hospital. The scar on my forehead healed very quickly and I have full movement and feeling of my eyebrow. The results of the surgery were excellent. Four months after the surgery there is hardly any evidence of scarring. Mr Banwell was also very good at explaining the nature of the problem and the treatment.
