Skin Needling

My expectations were fully met when I went to see Mr Banwell for the first time and he went through very carefully what he would be doing and giving me a realistic prognosis which was what I wanted. He came over as a very thorough and caring person. The skin graft was a complete success and although quite a large area, it is exceptionally neat and gives me no concern. On two further occasions I noticed lumps in other areas, and on getting in touch, appointments were made and Paul removed them immediately, once again very neatly. The after care is also extremely important to me and I have never been disappointed. Luckily I don’t know anybody going through the same thing as me but I would have no reservations in telling them to go and see Paul, as his thoughtfulness and care and attention throughout is excellent, he treats you as an individual. I would also say that I consider him now to be a friend as well as a surgeon. Whenever I am on the phone making future appointments his staff are always friendly, helpful, cheerful and willing to chat, but if you need any reassurance at any time they’re there for you.

You were very knowledgeable about every part of the procedure and that is why I chose you over any other surgeon/clinic. Nearly 5 years on and I am very pleased with the results of my operation and have had no problems and they look so natural and have built my confidence so much.

Dear Mr Banwell I am writing to thank you, Kim and the rest of the lovely staff at the McIndoe. I was very nervous when I first met you, about having surgery but realised that it was a necessary evil. I need not have been worried, as from our initial consultation to surgery to full recovery, you have all been amazing.  You have changed my life – for the first time ever I have had some photos taken of me and my children. I stand taller and feel so much happier with life. I have even started my own business. I am writing to let you know that I was very pleased with the recent surgery to remove several moles on my face, neck and back. The whole process was carried out very efficiently.  The mole on my face has almost completely disappeared already.  The post-operative information was most helpful, although the leaflet I was given varied slightly from your verbal instructions. However, you accurately told me what to expect.  I have no hesitation in recommending your work to other people.  The on site staff were all friendly and helpful throughout.
