The Next Step?

From initial consultation right through to arrival for surgery and the subsequent aftercare, I have found the level of courtesy, understanding and professionalism of yourself and your team (both medical and administrative) to have been exemplary. So please accept my heartfelt thanks for accepting me as a patient and for your surgical expertise which has made such a positive difference in so many aspects of my life.

Christina C.

I was very happy with the care during the surgery and the team were friendly and efficient.  I was very happy with the outcome of the surgery and I would recommend Mr Banwell to others.

Rita C.

Mr Banwell explained to me exactly what he was going to do and made me feel at ease. The team were all friendly and made me feel very comfortable in the hospital. The scar on my forehead healed very quickly and I have full movement and feeling of my eyebrow. I would recommend Mr Banwell and his team because of the high standard of professional and personal care given to me.

Diane P.

I was kept well informed and thought it was excellent to see Mr Banwell before surgery, during recovery and afterwards to hear all went well. It was something that caused me discomfort and sensitivity and now I feel much happier not only with the appearance but more importantly it is much more comfortable for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mr Banwell to my friends, he is truly professional yet has a nice relaxed manner which puts you at ease.

Helen S.

From the welcome I got on my first visit to post op consultations, the team were very friendly. Mr Banwell is undoubtedly the most professional and caring surgeon I could wish for. I have felt completely confident in his expertise, and am thrilled with the results. I would not hesitate – and indeed have – recommended him.

Helen F.

I decided to have treatment with Mr Banwell due to recommendations from other healthcare professionals and knowledge of his surgical skills. My expectations were for reduced ptosis and fuller breasts, my expectations were exceeded. Mr Banwell provided me with honest and realistic expectations for my clinical outcome. I found it a very positive experience. I was originally very apprehensive about undertaking a cosmetic procedure and questioned the need for proceeding, but following my breast augmentation I have much more self confidence and I realise that I’d underestimated how much the ptosis had been getting to me. The outcome has been fantastic! Thank you.
