This particular type of breast enhancement uses minimally invasive surgery to insert a biocompatible breast implant. The technique is a less invasive alternative to traditional breast augmentation and doesn’t require cutting breast tissue.
The Mia Femtech procedure can minimise procedure time and offers a smooth recovery time and enhanced safety. The results are subtle yet noticeable – you can expect an increase of one to two cup sizes with enhanced volume and shape to the breasts.
There are numerous advantages to this innovative tissue preservation technique. First of all, the procedure can be performed under local anaesthetic instead of general anaesthesia which would usually be required for more invasive breast surgery. This makes it much safer with the risk of complications brought to a minimum.

My expectations were fully met when I went to see Mr Banwell for the first time and he went through very carefully what he would be doing and giving me a realistic prognosis which was what I wanted. He came over as a very thorough and caring person. The skin graft was a complete success and although quite a large area, it is exceptionally neat and gives me no concern. On two further occasions I noticed lumps in other areas, and on getting in touch, appointments were made and Paul removed them immediately, once again very neatly. The after care is also extremely important to me and I have never been disappointed. Luckily I don’t know anybody going through the same thing as me but I would have no reservations in telling them to go and see Paul, as his thoughtfulness and care and attention throughout is excellent, he treats you as an individual. I would also say that I consider him now to be a friend as well as a surgeon. Whenever I am on the phone making future appointments his staff are always friendly, helpful, cheerful and willing to chat, but if you need any reassurance at any time they’re there for you.
I thought the team were helpful and efficient because they helped me to schedule my appointments around my working hours. They were always at hand to discuss any questions I had with a friendly and professional manor. Mr Banwell was amazing. He was totally honest and helped me decide which type of breast implant and procedure to have. We talked through my torrent of questions and concerns with ease. He asked me how I wanted my breast to look and I said I wanted them as natural as possible and that is exactly what I got. My new breasts have certainly made me feel more confident with ym body. I previously felt inadequate in the breast area and now I can?t stop smiling! I am so pleased with the outcome I only wish I?d done it sooner.
