The Mia FemTech procedure involves making small incisions under your arms. A patented device is then inserted through the incisions into the breast tissue. The device creates a channel through the tissue, which Mr Banwell uses to inject a silicone implant into the breast area.
The natural-looking results mean that your breast will look like your own – but better!
Your breasts will be a cup size or two larger, but still firm and supported even without a bra. The procedure will also provide a breast uplift, and your new bust will have an aesthetically pleasing forward projection.

The Mia FemTech injectable breast procedure is popular with our Kent clients for several reasons.
Many of our patients love the fact that they can have a procedure that improves the appearance of their breasts and boosts their self-confidence without major surgery and an extensive recovery. Our patients go home after their procedure and resume their daily lives.
A traditional breast enlargement and breast uplift involves major surgery and larger incisions that take time to heal. The Mia FemTech technique causes very little damage to the breast tissue and requires small incisions. Bruising is minimal, and any pain or discomfort is easily managed.
This minimally invasive procedure is performed using local anaesthesia and light sedation. There is no need to spend time in the hospital recovering from the after-effects of a general anaesthetic.
Many women want to subtly improve the appearance of their breasts without adding too much volume. The Mia FemTech procedure increases the size of the breast by a modest one or two cup sizes, while also enhancing breast uplift and shape.
The Mia FemTech procedure can only provide a subtle increase in breast size of one or two cup sizes. If you are looking for more dramatic results, you may prefer a traditional breast augmentation surgery with implants to create larger breasts.
The Mia FemTech procedure takes approximately ninety minutes.
The entire process may take a little longer as you are prepared for the procedure and then assessed by your surgeon before you leave the clinic.
Injectable implants are quite different from typical breast implants. The implants used in the Mia FemTech procedure are made from an exceptionally light silicone gel and are diamond-shaped, rather than round or teardrop-shaped, like traditional breast implants.
The innovative design of the implants enhances the shape and forward projection of the natural breast tissue without adding significant volume or weight to the breast itself.
The minimally invasive nature of this procedure means that the risk of possible complications like bruising, swelling and bleeding is much reduced.
We advise our Kent patients to avoid strenuous activity for a few days and to take Paracetamol if they are suffering any discomfort.
If your breasts have lost their firmness and shape due to pregnancy, breastfeeding, or weight loss or hormonal changes during menopause, you may like to consider this procedure.
Please bear in mind that the results are most pleasing for women who prefer smaller breasts and want a modest increase in size but a significant improvement in firmness and shape.
